WRAP is a tool made for you, and by you. It’s an incremental education learning all you can about your stressors, what you are experiencing (harmful coping, anxiety, depression, chronic pain…) - unwanted feelings so you can get what you want and need to be well, prevent crisis, heal from crisis, and take back control.

“WRAP is more than a book, or something written on paper, it’s a lifestyle of things we do everyday -once a week - once a month - once a year to stay well; it’s planning when we are well, what we’ll do when things are breaking down to avoid crisis, and what we want others to do to support us.”
