Why the word Peer now? We are changing systems through Peer leadership. Claiming the word Peer in a supportive role has international values and principles that’s been embraced in corporate culture and higher education studies and student careers. Credibility of our work as a ‘Peer’ is researched and evidenced in formal and informal support as impactful in holistic wellness. The Indiginous word Peer as equal, collaborative and holistic - what healthcare and socialcare are aiming toward in service leadership. Peers are Mentors and wise and trusted storytellers.
